Gasma is the gastronomic campus of Spain’s top university: UCH-Cardenal Herrera. We provide extensive training in gastronomy, culinary arts and culinary management. We do not just think of great chefs. Our training is dual. Gastronomy goes beyond the culinary aspect to address the economic success of a project, a business model. This is our cornerstone.
