As intellectual property (IP) plays an ever greater role in the fields of science, technology, business and the arts, the need for IP experts increases year by year. Taught to a maximum of 38 students per year, the LL.M. program “Intellectual Property and Competition Law” at the MIPLC equips its graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle complex IP issues in a global context.
